Vibe Check provides users with access to a blog creation platform that includes website building tools, templates, hosting services, and related features. The Service is provided "AS-IS" and Vibe Check assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

Vibe Check offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with that plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time, with notice to you.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

7. Service Modifications and Availability

Vibe Check reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. There may be occasions when the Service is interrupted for scheduled maintenance or upgrades, for emergency repairs, or due to failure of telecommunications links or equipment.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vibe Check, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Vibe Check and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
